Pinch valve system
This is a system for applying a small amount of low-viscosity material. It consists of a controller, pinch valve, and pressurized container. It will be manufactured according to the application.
The original pinch valve is a rotary clamp type, making it easy to attach and detach Teflon tubes. The small pressurized container is designed to directly hold commercially available weekly adhesive containers (20g). Control can be customized according to applications, from a standalone dispenser to upper units, robots, etc. Since the liquid is pumped under pressure, it has a clean cut and can be set for a short cycle time.
